We take care of the production ourselves to guarantee that we are using the best raw materials available on the market and that the highest safety standards are adhered to during the production process. All of our products are therefore produced and we don’t do any cheap offshore production that could impact quality, unlike some of our competitors.

The most common reason your bank will decline the payment is that the billing details you provided during check-out are not fully equal to the details registered for the card you are using. Please always double-check that the address linked to your credit card and your billing address is identical. If you need to add a flat or unit number it might be better to provide this via the separate input for the shipping address instead of via the billing details. Although we only products within the UK, our products are distributed worldwide. Unfortunately, there are a few exceptions to this. At this point, we are unfortunately not in the possibility to provide our products to customers within Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Canada.

Shipping costs depend upon two factors. First, shipping costs depend on the location where you want your products delivered (shipping address). Second, the combined weight of the products you ordered is taken into account: the more products (or weight) you order, the higher shipping costs will be.

Orders within the UK should arrive within 2-3 working days. Orders outside the UK should arrive within 5-10 working days, depending on your exact location. Please note that the aforementioned time frames are indicative. Due to the combination of Brexit and COVID-19 package delivery could experience shifts in delivery time.
Once we shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number which you can use to track your order via the website of Royal Mail.

We have decided to not offer the option of express shipping. The reason for this is that we think that by giving delivery services just a little more time for your delivery to take place, they can schedule deliveries more efficiently and by this means operate sustainably. It is not much, but in this way, we try to do our part for the climate.
